Class Year: | 2017 |
Abstract: | I argue for what the “I” in Descartes’ Meditations is, in light of John Locke’s arguments concerning substance and personal identity, and Hume’s bundle theory of the mind. The main result of my argument is that the Cogito argument does not give an absolutely certain proposition. |
