Abstract: | This thesis examines the importance and role of fallibilist questioning in democracy. The aim of this paper is two‐sided. First, it attempts to re-establish the importance of fact‐based, fallibilist questioning to a healthy, democratic society and, then, it works towards designing an institution that would foster this fallibilist questioning. |
