Abstract: In the past couple decades, there has been exponential growth in the amount of user generated data uploaded and shared on the Internet. This has led to an increasing amount of concern about user privacy especially in light of the fact that many corporations have started selling people's personal information. While users do have options available to them to communicate and share data securely, many of them rely on the security of an external server outside of the user's control. Additionally, few of these options are convenient or easily accessible to the common user. This report outlines the development of a client-server interfaces that allows users to send and receive text and GPS data securely without the need for a third party.
