| Abstract: | In this project, we are laying down a framework for environmental Information retrieval. We have identified several algorithms that theoretically provide a real-time lane detection and object identification, and described how they can be used in an Android device, as a traffic assistant to a human driver, or an environmental processor for an automated system. Lastly, we have outlined an alternative method for object identification, which will be used as benchmark against the Android framework. |
