| Abstract: | Quantum Electrodynamic Circuits are one of the most promising implementations of a Quantum Computer to date. With the apparent improvement of the devices in past years, there is a need for more rigorous analysis of these systems. In this paper, we focus on the analysis of properties of specific qubit-circuits (Heavy Fluxonium and 0 − π) and their dependence on circuit parameters. Moving on, we characterize the transmission properties of Photonic Crystals, through which qubits are connected to a larger circuit. Lastly, the concept of inverse design and constructing optimal structures is superficially explored. |
