| Description: | Te NAACP Opportunity and Diversity Report Card: Te Healthcare Industry is the third in a series of reports and is based on the earlier Economic Reciprocity Initiative: NAACP Consumer Choice Guide. In this report card the NAACP analyzes the consumer healthcare industry’s inclusion and diversity practices as they pertain to the race and ethnicity of its workforce, management, and suppliers. The report card assesses the performance of six of the leading healthcare corporations in the United States in recognition that these healthcare corporations possess the greatest potential to infuence industry trends, policies, and practices. In addition, the report card will inform the public about career opportunities and realities in the healthcare industry as the nation strives to strengthen its economy. |
