| Abstract: | This thesis is concerned with the possibility and process of extracting knowledge from the social world, amidst uncertainty about the epistemology of individuals living in an ideology-laden world. The concern is how one is to evaluate beliefs about socially determined matters, such as the food-ness property of cows or the cuteness of crop-tops. |
